How does this work?

We sell downloadable service manuals – no printed book or CD-ROM will be mailed to you. Our website will grant you instant access to download your order immediately after you complete payment.

How do I download the manual I bought?

After we receive payment, an email with the link to download your manual will be dispatched immediately. Look for the “Click here to download” text link in the email to start the download. If an email from us has not shown up within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us. Most manuals can be saved to your computer/tablet and a USB flash drive for backup.

I have not received my manual, what next?

There could be a few reasons why:

  • The email address entered at checkout may have been incorrect or contained a typo
  • The email was moved into your junk/spam/promotions folder or was blocked by your email service provider
  • Payment has not yet cleared

Please contact us with you order information (name, email address used at checkout, payment ID) for assistance.

How long do I have to download the manual I purchased?

You have up to 90 days to download your order and save it to your computer. The manual itself will never expire after being saved to your computer. We will provide a replacement link, by request, up to 180 days after purchase. If you any experience any technical difficulties downloading a manual, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I view the manual I purchased?

Most manuals are in PDF format. We recommend Adobe Reader (free) or Foxit Reader (free) as a PDF viewer, but any compatible viewer will work. Many manuals include a bookmarks panel  to quickly navigate chapters. You can enable it in your PDF viewer’s settings.

What do I do with a zip file?

Some manuals contain multiple files packaged into a zip archive make it easier to send to you . The zip file download will need to be extracted before you can view the contents. Instructions can be found below.

For best compatibility, we recommend downloading zip files to a desktop/laptop computer instead of mobile devices.

Which payment methods do you accept? Is your website safe?

We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Microsoft Pay. We use the SSL/TLS encryption at checkout to securely transmit data to our payment processors. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our systems. Additionally, all files are routinely scanned for viruses and malware.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. There is no method to return a digital file or verify it has been deleted. While the order is non-refundable, if there is a mistake on our part we will work with you to correct it. Our goal is your satisfaction and ultimately to have you as a customer in the future.
